As a Sr. Marketing Program Manager for AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), a new self-service advertising platform for brands selling on Amazon, you will create, lead and execute internal and external marketing programs that drive service awareness and advertisers' adoption of AMS at scale.
You will work closely with the AMS HQ marketing team, reporting results, using and sharing best practices, as well as internal stakeholders (Retail, Amazon Media Group).
We just launched AMS in Japan (ams.amazon.co.jp) and it is growing fast. Your day to day activities may change as our business grows. This is a critical role: your efforts will drive advertisers' adoption of AMS and revenue growth as a result.

Key Responsibilities
・ Create and manage AMS awareness building marketing activities and content.
・ Create and manage programs to foster AMS adoption by advertisers, both small and large.
・ Ensure proper localization and launch of new AMS features in Japan.
・ Inform, train, convince internal stakeholders, from Retail Buyers and AMG Executives, to Directors.
・ Train and onboard advertising agencies on AMS and provide optimization tips when requested.
・ Work with HQ direct marketing team to report marketing activities' results, and share and adopt best practices.
・ Provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues, and work with local sales as well as HQ product teams to solve issues blocking advertisers' onboarding.

応募要件

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
・ University degree
・ Fluent in English and native Japanese
・ Online marketing strong experience, B2B and search advertising preferred
・ Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
・ Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work flexibly in 'start-up mode'
・ Demonstrated high attention to details and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
・ Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
・ Excellent MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
・ Work experience in display/search advertising, or working with Google AdWords and/or online tracking tools like Google Analytics
・ Experience working with one-to-many direct marketing platforms such as Marketo or Omnovia
・ Strong interest in online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results in this field
・ SQL skills
・ HTML skills
・ MBA or other related Master's degree
