職務内容

Function Specific Activities:
・Execute Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Processes to specification
・Conduct Hiring Manager “needs clarification” when requisition opens; involve and partner with Sourcing when external hiring is needed for core positions
・Post jobs internally as needed
・Manage internal pipeline of candidates through the hiring process
・Interface with PDF (People Development Function) information owners on PDF level candidates
・For non-core positions, develop external sourcing strategy and pipelines; activate sources as necessary
・For core positions, partner directly and collaboratively with Sourcing Consultant to interface for external talent pool or search firm activation
・Monitor and ensure goals for candidate slate mix are met for each position
・Pre-screen and develop slate of candidates
・Interface with candidates in a way that ensures best in class candidate experience utilizing employee value proposition materials, when provided
・Monitor and address issues with the scheduling and logistics activities
・Conduct or coordinate any special assessments if needed or required
・Manage candidates selection process and de-brief sessions; include Sourcing when external candidates are being discussed for core positions
・Develop salary recommendations; work with HM/Compensation to coordinate the offer and initiate relocation as needed
・Consult with hiring manager, Strategic Business Partner and COE (Center Of Excellence) throughout the process as needed
・Track and document all activity within the RMS (Recruiting Management System), Peopleclick
・Produce, analyze, and distribute periodic reporting
・Coach and migrate hiring managers to self-service tools over time
・Consult on Integrated People Plan, as needed; partner with sourcing for external planning discussions
・Share successful best practices

Other Responsibilities:
・Develop, in conjunction with Global D & I (Diversity & Inclusion) team, the Japan D & I Business Case
・Draft Strategic D & I plan based on business case, needs assessment, market conditions, etc.
・Execute plan annually with support from local HRD (Human Resources Director), SBPs, COEs, and GBS (Global Business Support Team)
・Keep current with D & I trends and benchmark D & I initiatives with other Companies; join D & I Japan Network
・Act as Liaison between Government organizations, including Ministry of Labor Affairs and Hello Work, on D & I reporting and annual audits
・Act as Advisor to Japan Women’s Linc and Women’s Leadership Council
・Track D & I data (through on-line tools) and report to leadership accordingly

Lead Internship Program
Formalize program and work with Universities to source and Functions to place talent (3~4 per year)
Manage Contingent Worker MSP Relationship.
Work on the project to revamp the company career website

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Related Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years direct recruiting experience. Prior recruiting experience in a complex corporate recruiting department required. Prior experience in a search firm strongly preferred.
